The Steuler Group has taken over Keramchemie GmbH (KCH) and merged this into the Steuler Group. Now, in a resolute second step that will take place on November 1st 2010, the two strong corrosion protection brands Steuler Industrieller Korrosionsschutz and Keramchemie (KCH) will be merged and strategically bundled into a new company STEULER-KCH GmbH with four divisions surface protection systems, plastics technology, refractories and swimming pool construction.
The technology fields of Steuler and KCH complement each other excellently. They include the materials business and with it all the production facilities, engineering and installation capacities, distribution channels and all domestic and foreign subsidiaries and holding companies. This step will open up an opportunity for us to offer, starting immediately, all products and services of both brands from a single source.
